We hope that you love your Nicole Mera purchase. Nicole Mera stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its designs, and we want our customers to feel the same pride and satisfaction when wearing their Nicole Mera jewelry as our artisans do in their work. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or in the event you would like to exchange or upgrade an item, the policies below will govern.

RETURNS
Nicole Mera will accept the return of ready-made items (i.e., items purchased from in stock inventory) provided that such items are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage, all as determined by Nicole Mera in its discretion. Any returned item must be received by Nicole Mera within 14 days following the date of purchase. In the event you wish to return an item, please Contact Us first to coordinate an appropriate method of return. Nicole Mera will provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns and we ask that you please carefully follow the instructions provided.

Upon receipt and inspection of a returned item, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Nicole Mera notifying you of the receipt of your returned item and whether the request for refund was approved. Nicole Mera has the right to approve or reject every return due to the unique nature of each item. If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. In the event you return an item paid for with a Gift Card, or if the returned item was received as a gift, the method of refund will be as store credit or Gift Card. Items not qualifying for return may be returned with no refund, or in certain instances Nicole Mera may offer a partial refund in its discretion. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

The following items are Final Sale and may not be returned, exchanged or redeemed:

  • Nicole Mera Custom Designs (will be noted as such on the invoice)
  • Items purchased through Nicole Mera Layaway Program
  • Gift Cards
  • Non-Jewelry Products

REPAIRS
In the event your Nicole Mera jewelry is damaged, please Contact Us for a repair consultation. Customers will receive a quote for approval prior to Nicole Mera commencing any repair work, and are responsible for payment prior to any repair. Nicole Mera reserves the right to refuse any repairs if we believe the items have been intentionally damaged or misused, or if it appears that a jeweler other than Nicole Mera has altered, repaired or otherwise performed work on such item.

UPGRADES
Nicole Mera offers a comprehensive upgrade policy for our loose diamonds. Diamonds purchased from Nicole Mera will receive a 100% credit (not including tax) toward an upgrade to a larger, better quality, or different shape diamond. To qualify as an upgrade, the new item must be at least 25% greater in value than the original item.

Diamonds must be returned in original condition with all original paperwork, including certificate where applicable.

Please note that this upgrade policy applies to the original purchaser of the diamond only and is not transferable to any other party.
