After finalizing the design details, Nikki will provide a formal Quote Sheet for your approval, outlining every aspect of the project and including visual references. This step ensures that every detail is captured before production begins. Please note that due to the nature of custom, hand-fabricated jewelry, the final piece cannot be previewed until it is completed.

A minimum 50% deposit is required to begin production on any custom order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or shipment. 

Renders: A $150 non-refundable deposit may be required for a render which will be applied to the purchase of the finished ring.

Nicole Mera offers lifetime warranty on any Lashbrook band. Any Lashbrook ring that is lost or stolen can be replaced at a reduced fee from the current MSRP.

Lashbrook Custom Designs must be quoted prior to replacement and may not be offered at a reduced replacement fee. Nicole Mera will facilitate one free sizing on any Lashbrook men’s wedding band after six months have passed from the date of purchase. Any subsequent sizings may incur a sizing fee. Email info@nicolemera.com if you have any questions about sizing.

If you don't live in Texas, no problem! 

Nikki is excited to work with you remotely and will seamlessly communicate via email, text, or Zoom to design your custom fine jewelry piece. You can expect detailed information, high-quality videos, and images that accurately depict your final product. 

Remote clients may request to view stones or jewelry in person, but full payment is required in order to do so.
