We hope you love your Nicole Mera piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible ready-made items may be returned according to the policy below.

Eligible Returns

Ready-made, in-stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • In new condition
  • Free of damage

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Nicole Mera.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nicolemera.com before sending back your item. We will coordinate the return and provide a prepaid shipping label along with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Items purchased with a gift card or received as a gift will be refunded as store credit or a Nicole Mera gift card.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-designed jewelry
  • Layaway purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Non-jewelry products

At Nicole Mera, every order is carefully prepared and packaged with the highest level of care.

Processing & Shipping

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 2–3 business days, provided the piece does not require sizing or alterations.

If sizing or modifications are needed, shipping timelines will vary depending on the work required. Estimated turnaround times will be communicated prior to shipment.

For custom pieces, production timelines vary and will be discussed during the design process.

Signature Requirement

For security purposes, all fine jewelry orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.

Shipping Insurance

All packages are fully insured while in transit. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Nicole Mera is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Nicole Mera is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

If your Nicole Mera jewelry requires repair, please contact us at info@nicolemera.com to schedule a repair consultation.

A repair quote will be provided for approval before any work begins, and payment is required prior to repair completion.

Nicole Mera reserves the right to refuse repairs if an item shows signs of intentional damage, misuse, or work performed by another jeweler.
